A 6-day full board and lodging retreat, modelled on the Journey Discipleship Course, which allows participants to encounter God around identity and experience intimacy with Him.
Who’s it for?
This Intensive Soul Care Retreat and Experiential Training are for Pastors (also Pastors’ Wives), Small Group Leaders, Lay Ministers and Ministry Volunteers who are ready to go deeper in their discipleship journey with Christ and the church community. This training enables participants to:
- Receive personal healing and breakthrough.
- Be trained to help ministry teams in their respective churches to address underlying issues affecting emotional, sexual and relational health.
- Intensify their passion for the Great Commission.
- Be a certified Journey Pilipinas Coordinator. We are praying for Coordinators for northern and southern Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao and other cities in Asia.
What’s involved?
Each day, we will spend time in worship, teachings, personal stories, and confidential gender-specific small groups for honest sharing and prayer.
We will explore several topics, such as:
- Our need for love and affirmation
- Confession
- Being empowered by the Holy Spirit
- Understanding addiction
- Security in our identity
- Understanding abuse
- Forgiveness
- Living as healthy men and women
- Prayer ministry
